Our factory implements a strict four-stage full-process quality control system: raw material incoming inspection, production process monitoring, semi-finished product testing and finished product full inspection, with a zero-defect tolerance policy. All contact lenses are made of medical-grade, non-irritating safe materials, using embedded pigment technology to prevent fading or eye discomfort, fully complying with ASEAN health and safety standards.

If clients encounter non-human-caused quality issues after receiving goods, such as damaged packaging, lens defects, wrong prescriptions or batch inconsistencies, just provide clear product photos, order number and batch number. We will respond and verify within 24 hours, and issue a formal solution within 48 hours, including free re-delivery, return & replacement or proportional financial compensation, covering all related logistics costs for quality issues. We also assign dedicated English-speaking account managers for full-lifecycle support, including pre-sales consultation, order tracking and after-sales assistance, to build long-term stable strategic partnerships with Southeast Asian clients.
